Ceiba installed a Tesla battery system to my existing solar PV inverter. The installation proved to be difficult due to my three phase power supply and issues with the existing inverter.

However, CEIBA worked with Tesla and returned shortly after to amend the installation and get everything working. Extremely impressed with workmanship, effort etc. And everything working very well since. Highly recommend.

I was put in contact with Ceiba Renewables through a request to Tesla for a Powerwall. I had already received several quotes from other solar PV installers but I found Ceiba to be better to deal with than any of the others. Duncan was able to provide great information on the options for panels and provide all of the technical information that was difficult or impossible to get from other installers. He also provided quotes for several different capacities of system, all others gave just 1 option.

The install was very professional, everything is neat and fully labeled. The panels were installed in a day and the Powerwall followed a couple of weeks later due to Tesla pushing back the delivery date but only took a few hours to fit. I’m impressed by the performance of the system, over 500kWh just a month after the install!

I would highly recommend this installer. It’s well worth the cost to get sun power panels with solar edge inverters and optimisers and such a professional install.
