Solar Consultant

Ceiba Renewables is seeking a highly motivated Solar Consultant who will play a vital role in our mission to provide top-quality renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities

Build & Design:

• Create accurate designs and quotes for projects, including detailed component lists for the Operations Team. Design PV systems and battery storage for energy efficiency, including On-Roof/In-Roof and Ground-mount. 

Installation & Review:

• Collaborate with the installation team to prepare and review installation plan notes, RAMS, schematics and images, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct site meetings and surveys with customers to discuss installations, take measurements and complete forms. Your goals will be to ensure safety and efficiency by undertaking cable calculations and specifications.

Communication:

• Ensure effective communication with customers, team members and stakeholders including collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate quotes. Continuously improve and document processes to enhance overall efficiency and experience.
• Customer Support: Provide support for maintenance and callback issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Updating Customer Folders and CRM: Maintain updated customer folders and CRM (HubSpot) system with relevant information for effective management.
• Events and Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest advancements in technology and trends, attend industry events.
• Best Practice Tech Talks: Deliver summaries of important learnings and best practices to the team through engaging sessions.
