Key Responsibilities


  • Initiate, align and execute marketing strategies with business goals to achieve growth and expansion.
  • Define, monitor and analyse data, key metrics related to sales & marketing to refine marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our solar and battery storage solutions and other service offerings.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales, business development and engineering to create quality marketing content
  • Enhance our digital presence and engage with our community.
  • Strengthen our brand image and presence through utilising events and digital marketing channels while leveraging key partnerships with Tesla and SunPower
  • Manage and refine our customer journey and buyers persona to optimise lead generation and achieve positive customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research, stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and identify new opportunities in the market
  • Create impactful content that educates and motivates.
  • With our sales team work to foster partnerships that align with our mission.


  • Spearhead technology management, own the company’s tech-stack, liaise with our IT partner and software providers to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in the current business processes, facilitate continuous improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency
  • Monitor and improve data quality, empower the team with digital tools, dashboard and reporting templates.
  • Facilitate workshops, training and continuous learning, establish and improve policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Utilise the current technology and AI to build automation, reduce mundane tasks and increase efficiency
  • Research, development and testing of new marketing, advertising and technology solutions within budget.


Requirements/Desired Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, renewable energy or any other relevant field
  • Proven experience in marketing and technology management
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, strategies and tactics with commercial awareness, able to lead and coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Be tech-savvy, a strong knowledge of technology management, software and digital marketing tools across all platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw actionable insights from data and day-to-day business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, good knowledge of SharePoint and Excel; comfortable in preparing and analysing data using formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience working with CRM systems preferably HubSpot.
  • Experienced in B2C and B2B marketing and lead generation activities, while managing and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible & agile working attitude with creative problem-solving skills.
