Office Manager (Full-Time) – Glasgow Office
Salary: £22-24k depending on experience

Day to day, the role is variable and dynamic, so the candidate must have a flexible approach, be service orientated, strong technically and have a well-rounded admin skill set. The ideal candidate will identify with our Culture Statement above, be competent in prioritising, developing robust processes, and working with little supervision. Being an excellent communicator, self-motivated, process-driven, proactive and enthusiastic is vital to this role. Typical tasks will be:
Handling Inbound Calls / Emails
Calls/Emails to Customers
Compiling Customer Handover Packs
Maintaining & Improving Systems
Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
Organising the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
Maintaining the office condition and appearance
Updating CRM Systems and Quickbooks
Take a leadership role in the improvement of office and administrative processes and systems within the business to streamline/automate and improve efficiency &/or service
Creating and Updating Document Templates
Managing and updating client folders with required paperwork
Supporting Installation Team with necessary paperwork
Supporting executive team with data management, KPIs, reports and other duties
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, including working with Quickbooks
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Booking accommodation for installation team when required
Diary management and communication
Filing DNO Applications (to Scottish Power and SSE)
Ad hoc projects
Updating social media and website
Support developing of marketing materials
Attend trade shows if required
